Cathy & Mike Reed
For 25 years we owned a plumbing business in King County, specializing in custom homes. We participated in 14 Street of Dreams. Sunset Magazine featured our complex and professional installation of kitchens and baths. After selling our business and moving to Seattle, we saw the challenges of renovating many of the older homes in the city. We realized that with our experience we could assist homeowners by providing project services and management to save them time and money.
Our unique approach to home building and renovation puts you in the driver’s seat, and by working as your project manager we furnish business administration, management services and our construction expertise to keep your costs down and your vision for your home a reality. Our objective is to determine the most cost effective solutions by providing the right approach, the right people and the right products to complete your home. We will always work in your best interest, not the “project checkbook.”
